International Online Application

The Process

1. Please click here to complete the Online Application for International Admissions.

   Please refer to the International Admissions Timeline for more information about how and when to apply.

2. Submit your Application Fee
3. Complete all Supplemental Forms, which include: Financial Statement, Student Questionnaire, Teacher Evaluation (x2), English Assessment, Math Assessment, Personal Reference, and Transcript Release

   (Please note that the Transcript Release form should be sent by the family to the school in which the student is currently enrolled, and to other schools the student has attended in the past two years.)

4. Submit Test Score (IELTS or TOEFL). A TOEFL score is required for International Applicants to our Regular College Preparatory Program.
5. An ISEE test score may also be submitted as a supplement if available.

Note: In order for your application to be approved by our school, the application fee must be submitted at the same time as the online application.

Notes

• All supplemental forms are required to complete the application. Please give those completing your forms an envelope addressed to:

  The Northwest School, Attention: International Admissions
  1415 Summit Avenue, Seattle, Washington, 98122

  Completed forms should be sent by mail or fax (206-816-6081) to our school.

• Please allow 10-15 business days for supplemental forms to be marked as received in the Online Application Requirements Checklist. If after 10-15 days business days submitted supplemental forms are not checked then contact Jack Lloyd, at 206-682-7309 x 6080.
