For applications in the first round for 2012-2013 school year, who applied by January 12, 2012
- February 20, 2012: Notification letters sent by The Northwest School
- March 5, 2012: Family response deadline
For applicants in the second round for 2012-2013 school year, who applied by February 17, 2012
- March 8, 2012: Notification letters sent by The Northwest School
- March 22, 2012: Family response deadline
After February 17, 2012 all applications are subject to review by rolling admissions process.
