Job Title: Summer Camp Residential Advisor(s)
 
At The Northwest School Summer Camp, 10- to 16-year-olds from across the world join their peers from Seattle to have fun, make lasting friendships and become global citizens. The School seeks Residential Advisors to work in our International House Dormitory. Qualifications:
  • Two years of college
  • At least one year of experience working with adolescents
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • An ability to work both independently and as a productive member of a team
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise dormitory residents
  • Assist in providing an environment that's safe, friendly and comfortable
  • Prepare students for each day's activities through informational sessions
  • Work closely, cooperatively and amicably with all staff members
  • Monitor and ensure appropriate student behavior
  • Attend all staff training sessions and meetings as directed
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of the School
Available Shifts:
 
Monday - Friday
  • 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
  • 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
  • 4:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
  • 6:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Saturday - Sunday
  • 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
  • 3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
  • 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
  • 4:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
  • 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
