Kevin Alexander. Dean of Students, Service Learning Coordinator.
B.S. (Business Management), Boston College. Before coming to The Northwest School, Kevin taught history and economics and was an administrator at Fordham Prep in the Bronx, NY. Kevin taught Middle School Humanities and voted himself the Raven Room's Most Inspiring Teacher before taking on the role of Dean of Students. His interests include hiking, backpacking and East African cultures. At NWS since 1992.

Morgan Forrey. Assistant Director of College Counseling.
B.A. (Public Relations), Pacific Lutheran University; M.Ed. (Student Development Administration), Seattle University. Morgan worked for four years in the Office of Admission at Pacific Lutheran University as both a domestic and international counselor, and served as an academic advisor for the College of Arts and Sciences at Seattle U during her graduate experience. At NWS since 2010.

Peter Morgan. Director of College Counseling.
B.A. (English Literature), Sewanee: The University of the South. Peter joins Northwest from Woodward Academy in Atlanta, Georgia, where he has served as College Counselor for the past five years. Prior to his move to Atlanta, Peter was involved with the creation of the College Counseling program at Ursuline Academy of Dallas, Texas, where he was part of the first college counseling team. He has experience “on the other side of the desk,” as well, having worked for a total of five years as an Assistant Director of Admission at both Loyola University of New Orleans and Sewanee: The University of the South. At NWS since 2011.

Hing Ng. Learning Needs Coordinator.
B.S. (Physics), Wayne State University. Graduate studies in mathematics, UW. Hing has worked in education for 30 years, as both a teacher and private tutor. From 1988 to 2005, she was on the faculty at Lakeside School, serving most recently as a member of the Learning Resources department. Hing is also very involved with her family business, Loki Fish Company, which catches and sells salmon and halibut. At NWS since 2008.

Megan Reibel. School Counselor.
B.A. (Psychology & Education), Mount Holyoke College; M.Ed. (School Counseling), Seattle Pacific University. Megan has been a School Counselor at Eastside Catholic and completed her graduate practicum at Nathan Hale High School. She enjoys working with students of all ages. Born and raised in the Seattle area; Megan loves to spend time with her family, curl up with a good book, and is always excited for the next adventure (whether home or abroad). At NWS since 2010.
