Elliott Bay Book Company offers a unique partnership with The Northwest School Library. Now located within walking distance from school, Elliott Bay Book Company (EBBC) is a leading independent bookseller in the Pacific Northwest. EBBC will provide a credit to NWS Library every time a parent, guardian, or student makes a purchase. Whenever a customer purchases a book and identifies herself as such, EBBC logs the purchase in under the NWS account. Every six months, EBBC totals up all purchases made under the NWS account for that period and applies 10 percent to a credit account for the school. When bringing in a school purchase order to the store, the NWS librarian would receive a credit off the cost of the purchase!
The Northwest School partners with EBBC for our annual community event, Holiday in the Hood with Elliott Bay Book Company, brings student interest groups to EBBC, and encourages our community to check out the great speakers and events at EBBC.
Please remember that NWS families receive a 20% discount at the bookstore and the NWS Library receives a 10% credit for every item purchased by members of the NWS community.
