Note: Via e-mail or the school web site, the Parent Co-chairs at each division circulate to the families a brief list of most of the topics discussed at the quintly meetings of the parent representatives. A more detailed presentation of selected topics is part of the Middle or Upper School Reports near the end of each quint. Some topics of a sensitive nature (e.g., dealing with a specific teacher or student) are brought up very carefully in these meetings and will not be included in either the list of topics or the Reports mailed out to families. In rare cases, the parent representative who heard the concern or question will get back to the specific family with an invitation to contact the appropriate person at school. Other topics may be omitted from the Division Reports simply because they have been dealt with in earlier reports or because some topics appeared to have greater importance or broader relevance to the whole community. Any parent who has an ongoing question or concern that has not been addressed by the written list and reports or by a specific call from a parent representative is encouraged to contact the teacher, advisor, or administrator who is most directly involved in that area of the student's life at school.
