Basketball Fundamentals

Our experienced coaches have the pointers and guidance to keep you on your toes and the balls swooshing in the nets. You’ll do drills to strengthen your skills and have plenty of time for full court games.

Capoeira

Practice the foundational movements of capoeira – often called the Brazilian martial art. Part song, part self-defense, you will gain flexibility and strength while learning about its rich African and South American cultural heritage.

Soccer Fundamentals

Sure up your skills at the world’s favorite sport with daily drills. You’ll practice dribbling, trapping, passing, shooting, and learning new strategies to put into play during scrimmage.
