Interim Transportation Director
Nyeshaya "Shay" McCoy is the Transportation Director and leads the school's transportation operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service to students, families, and staff.
Shay has more than 13 years of commercial driving experience and four years serving as a school bus driver at The Northwest School before stepping into this leadership role. She brings extensive knowledge of student transportation, fleet operations, and regulatory compliance. Over her career, she has built experience in driver training, dispatch, safety management, payroll support, recruitment, conflict resolution, and fleet coordination.
As Transportation Director, Shay is passionate about creating systems that support drivers, improve communication, and ensure every student is transported safely and reliably.
