Cornell University, Ithaca, NY (Online Campus) –Human Resources Management Certificate Georgia State University, Atlanta GA – B.S. in Human Resources Policy and Development Claudia has more than 15 years working in Human Resources in a K-12 Independent School and more than 25 years in both the for-profit and non-profit arena. She is excited to return to the Pacific Northwest. Claudia said when she began in her role at The Howard School “there was no HR department to go along with few written policies and procedures, of which many needed updating to be in compliance with changing laws. Over the years, I worked in partnership with the leadership team and other stakeholders in the community to write and implement comprehensive policies to bring the organization into compliance”. Claudia also has extensive experience collaborating widely to inspire an inclusive strategy.
