Grace Kim
School Counselor
Grace moved from Pennsylvania in October, 2023 to join The Northwest School as a School Counselor. She is a Licensed Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Service (equivalent to an MSW) from Bryn Mawr College. Grace has two years of clinical experience with children and youth in school-based settings and over five years of hands-on experience supporting community organizations. She has worked as a Special Education Math Teacher at City Neighbors High School in Baltimore, MD, as a School Intervention Coach at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, a graduate level Intern at Mango Tree Counseling & Consulting, and most recently as an Emotional Support Intern at The Crefeld School in Philadelphia where she provided individualized mental health services to high school students to help them cope with a variety of academic and social challenges.
