B. A. (Comparative History of Ideas), University of Washington. Steve comes to us from Seattle Jewish Community School where he was the Security and Facilities Manager. His prior experience includes four years as a security officer and emergency management specialist at CenturyLink(Lumen) Field, several years heading up the Emergency Management/Business Continuity team for PEMCO Insurance, and 12 years in the Air Force where he spent four years assigned to support Air Force One. In addition to his military and security experience, Steve spent two years with the Peace Corps in Benin and followed that up with ten years of International Aid & Development work in several African countries. When not at NWS, Steve can often be found on stage as an actor in local and regional productions or backpacking one of the many beautiful trails in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
