Abigail Santiago
Academic Program Coordinator
Hailing all the way from Miami, FL, Abigail Santiago holds a Bachelor's degree in Math and Computer Science (Davidson College, NC). During her undergrad, Abigial focused on exploring the intersection of social justice and computer science, and what it means to be a Latina in computer science. She also worked on several projects researching and presenting on bias in Artificial Intelligence.
Abigail later moved to Seattle to become a website developer and held various freelance positions before settling at a small startup on a team of 5 people. In 2025, Abigail joined the Northwest School, inspired by its mission and intersectional approach to education. She is academic program coordinator and the Programming 2 teacher.
Outside of work, Abigail can be found crocheting, playing video games, writing, and hanging out with her adorable cat, Juniper.
