Alison Raitt

Director of Advancement

A proud member of The Northwest School Class of ’92, Alison Raitt is the school’s Director of Advancement. She brings more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience in youth development, education and the arts, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stephens College.

Before returning to Northwest, Alison held senior development roles at independent schools and mission-driven nonprofits, including Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Monica and Pacific Clinics in Los Angeles.

Her time at Northwest shaped her values and inspired a career focused on advancing equity in education and health. Alison believes education can change lives and is excited to help keep the Northwest experience thriving for future students.

Alison is also a Team USA duathlete, she loves exploring the Pacific Northwest by running, hiking, and cycling.
