Erwin Wong

Director of Enrollment Management

Erwin holds a Master of Public Administration (Price School of Public Policy, USC) and a BA in Political Science and Sociology (University of California, Irvine). He has spent more than 20 years serving in leadership roles at independent schools across Honolulu, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, helping schools articulate their mission and foster meaningful community engagement through enrollment management.

He has extensive experience in admission, enrollment, financial aid, data strategy, along with a deep commitment to building authentic relationships with students, families, and school communities. He has also served as a school trustee at Park Day in Oakland and facilitated student advisory groups and AAPI affinity spaces, and coached middle school basketball.

Erwin values interdisciplinary learning and is inspired by school communities that cultivate justice, sustainability, creativity, and belonging. He is grateful to be part of The Northwest School and looks forward to welcoming families with genuine curiosity, care and the spirit of aloha.
