Mario Pignataro

Director of Facilities

Mario Pignataro holds a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation Management & Leadership from Western Washington University. He brings nearly 20 years of progressive leadership in sustainable facilities operations and maintenance, overseeing a diverse portfolio totaling over 800,000 square feet and valued at more than $300 million. 

His experience spans commercial, residential, mixed-use, community association properties, and now The Northwest School with a consistent focus on operational excellence, environmental stewardship, and long-term asset preservation. In his role at The Northwest School, Mario is deeply committed to fostering a collaborative and respectful environment that supports the holistic development of students. 

Mario is inspired by the school’s mission to nurture individual growth and empower students to become thoughtful, socially conscious global citizens. His leadership is grounded in a values-driven approach that prioritizes community, sustainability, and equity.
