Mary Grace Antony has an accomplished background in academia, social science research, and strategic communications. She completed her Ph.D. in communication from Washington State University (2010) and served as a Communications professor at the Pennsylvania State University, Schreiner University (tenured and department chair), Western Washington University, and Edmonds College, among others. A multi-award winning social science researcher, she has published books and research articles that examine media studies, intercultural communication, audience reception and diversity studies.

Mary Grace has held senior positions in development and fundraising, marketing, communications, and community relations at several regional nonprofits, including the SEIU Healthcare 1199NW Training Fund, Interfaith Family Shelter, and Project Equity. She also served as the campus Diversity Chair at Schreiner University (Kerrville, TX) for six years.

When she’s not at her desk, Mary Grace enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, reading graphic novels, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
