Rungroj has a BS in Economics with a Minor in Business Administration (Chiang Mai University, Thailand). He has served as a cook at Bon Appetit, Eleven-01 (University of Washington), and the Coldwater Bar & Grill at The Westin Hotel.
In his free time, he enjoys reading Sanskrit and Pali, studying economics in sustainable development, and visiting the farmer's market.
