Stefany Castiblanco
Modern Languages Department Chair & Spanish Faculty
Stefany has a BA in Education and an M.Ed. in Language Teaching. Her career spans working as a foreign language teacher, a multilingual learning specialist, a teacher trainer, and an associate dean of an English language program. Her area of focus is language acquisition, culturally responsive teaching, curriculum development, and instructional leadership.
She has worked in a variety of educational settings, including elementary, middle, and high school environments, teaching English and Spanish, supporting multilingual learners, leading professional development sessions, and serving in instructional leadership roles.
Outside of work, Stefany enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, reading, and learning about different languages and cultures, playing video games and board games, and recently started a Pokémon card collection.
