Steven Lewis
Math Teacher
Master’s in teaching, and a Master’s in public administration from the University of Washington.
In March 2023 Steve Lewis joined The Northwest School teaching 7th grade math. He made the mid-year transition very smooth for the students. Prior to joining Northwest, Steve worked in non-profit leadership roles and taught math at the Seattle World School in the Seattle School District and as a volunteer teacher in Guatemala. Steve is a Seattle native, attended Garfield High School, and Whitman College, loves kayaking and baseball, and has traveled and taught in both Saipan and Guatemala with his family. We are so pleased he’s now a permanent addition to the teaching faculty.
