Theresa Cardamone is Executive Assistant to the Head of School and liaison to the Board of Trustees. She previously held a similar position at University Child Development School in Seattle. Theresa graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Organizational Behavior and Change (School of Professional Studies, New York University, 2014), has an Advanced Diploma in Copyediting, Proofreading, and Fact-Checking (New York University, 2017), and graduated with honors with an Executive Master of Public Administration degree (UW Evans School of Public Policy and Governance, 2022). 

She was the four-time elected Site Council chair at AS#1, a Seattle public K-8 school, and is a veteran of over 15,000 miles of field trips with students.

Theresa describes herself as “the epitome of a lifelong learner,” with a former career in the horse world.
